Who we are
COACHES WHO STILL CHASE THE STORM
Snowbusters' freeride camps grew out of one idea: give riders a single legendary zone, a guide who knows every line in it, and enough days to actually ski the mountain properly. No resort-hopping, no rushed itinerary — just terrain, snow, and the slow, deliberate progression that comes from repetition.
Every camp is led by a UIAGM-certified guide who reads that zone in every condition — where the powder holds, where the wind has scoured it, and which line to send on a bluebird morning. They coach your line choice, your movement, and your risk awareness, not just point you downhill.
We cap every camp at six riders per guide. Small enough that your guide knows your ability by day two, big enough that there's always someone to share a chairlift lap and a debrief beer with.

- What level do I need to join a freeride camp?
Our freeride camps suit confident intermediates through advanced riders, with terrain adjusted daily to the group's level. Tell us your ability when booking and your guide will scope lines accordingly.
- Is the DOWN Ski Demo really included?
On most camps, yes — with expert fitting from your guide. Demo skis are limited, so ask us about availability on your trip.
- Is avalanche safety training included?
Yes. Every camp includes daily avalanche briefings and beacon checks. Guides carry full airbag, beacon, shovel, and probe setups, and terrain choices are always matched to conditions.
- How is a freeride camp different from a ski touring trip?
Freeride camps use lift or heli access to reach off-piste terrain — no skinning required. Our ski touring expeditions instead earn every descent under your own power.
- What's included in the trip price?
Guide fees, accommodation, and half-board meals are included on most camps, and most include the DOWN Ski Demo. Lift passes, flights, and travel insurance are not included. Full details are on each trip page.
- Can I book a private or custom camp?
Yes — private guiding and fully custom group camps are available. Tell us your zone, dates, and goals and we'll build the itinerary around you.
