What can the voucher be spent on?
Any Snowbusters trip, camp or course booked on this site: pick a trip, enter the code at checkout and it pays towards the booking. You can use one voucher per booking.
I don't know anything about skiing or snowboarding. Which trip should I pick?
You don't have to. The voucher is for an amount, not a trip, so the rider chooses the destination, the dates and the level themselves.
How long is a voucher valid?
24 months from the date you buy it.
What amounts can I choose?
Any amount in whole euros from €1 to €2,000. €50, €100, €200, €300 and €500 are one tap away. You can buy up to 20 vouchers of the same amount at once, and each one gets its own code.
What if the trip costs more, or less, than the voucher?
If the booking costs more, the voucher pays its part and you pay the rest by card. If it costs less, whatever is left stays on the voucher for another booking before it expires.
How do I give it?
After you pay, your codes appear on screen and in your account, and we email them to you. Use "Send to a friend" to email a voucher to someone with their name, or keep the code and hand it over yourself.
How do I pay?
By card. Vouchers are paid in full at checkout, and discount codes do not apply to them.
What is a gift pot?
A shared collection towards one voucher. Sign in, open a pot for someone else or for yourself, and share the link. Friends and family chip in from €5 by card, with their name and a message. When you close the pot it becomes one voucher, which you can send on or keep. Pots close automatically after 60 days, and contributions are not refundable.
