Radek graduated Faculty of Physical Education and German Language of University in Olomouc in Czech Republic. After university started work for travel agency Adventura (expeditions: Iceland, Sri-Lanka, Borneo), participated in several climbing expeditions e. g. in Caucasus (RU) and Pamir mountains, Peak Lenina (KGY). Currently the owner of the white water company Inge-Outdoor, kayaker and whitewater guide.
Radek started to teach skiing in the Czech mountains in ski resorts Harrachov and Pec pod Sněžkou. Since 2002 is working in winter Saison as Ski Instructor in Austria in Zell am See – Kaprun – Saalbach – Hinterglemm ski region. Former member and lecturer of The Czech Association of Professional Ski Schools (APŠL). Radek speaks three foreign languages: German, English and Russian. „There is nothing better than skiing in the winter and paddling in the summer“.
